It stands out for its red currant color, clean and bright. On the nose it expresses intense aromas of white flowers, roses, intense red fruit and stone fruit. On the palate it is light with an elegantly fresh finish.

Grape varieties: 100 % Monastrell dry farming vines.
Production: 5.792 bottles of 750 cl.
Ageing: 2 months on fine lees.
Soils: Old dry farming Monastrell from north west terrases of Sierra del Carche vineyards area, vines over 40 years old on sandy-loam soils and limestone cover.
Vinification: Cold soaking in stainless steel tanks between 9 and 12 hours, bleeding of the flower must, settling and alcoholic fermentation at 15 º C in a 5.000 liters stainless steel tank.
