Do you wonder who EYA is? EYA was born in the southeast of Spain. She had a humble origin, although little by little she developed and acquired great prestige. EYA loves the sun and the high temperatures of the Spanish Levante. Her personality is sweet, powerful, fruity and her color is deep ruby. She receives different names throughout the world, but for us it is EYA, Monastrell, the protagonist of this wine.

Grape varieties: Monastrell
Production: Bottles of 750 cl.
Soils: Vineyards between 20 and 30 years old in the Sierra del Carche area, with loamy-sandy and clayey soils with limestone cover.
Winemaking: Maceration, alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 25.000 liters.
