“Wine starts off as a grape”, what wines? with what grapes? what knowledge is used? what methods are involved? who takes part in the process? The first question is the key to the whole process; the others follow on from there.

We only produce natural red wines.

Sun-kissed wines in which, with unrivalled passion and dedication, we try to preserve the essence of our Mediterranean climate and the unique characteristics of our land..

We carefully control the production process and timing while the wine is under our care. We never know when it will be consumed, so we produce all our wines so they can be potentially stored for a long time and we make sure our bottles are sealed in such a way as to guarantee this.

COLOUR: Red currant color with medium intensity and violet edges, very bright and shiny.

AROMA: Clean and pronounced, with aromas of blossoming trees, roses, red fruits such as raspberries and currants, and stone fruits such as peaches and green apricots.

ON THE PALATE: Balanced, with a pleasant acidity and an enveloping body. Fresh and intense fruity aromas with a persistent and dry background.

 

Gastronomic wine. Ready to enjoy. It is recommended to pair with appetizers, grilled vegetables, fish, soups, pasta and rice.

Medium high layer with characteristic bright garnet tones of Monastrell.

BOUQUET

Complex, notes of forest fruits and floral, violet and lavender; with a background of peach, one of the most precious characters of balanced maturity in Monastrell.

TASTE

The palate is firm, medium structure with a very pleasant acidity. Result of the adaptation to warm climates of the compact clusters, where the maturity of the external grains and the acidity of the inmates are conjugated.

Gastronomic wine. Ready to enjoy it. Recommended pairing with white or red meet, stews, barbecues and cheese.

Attractive ruby red with purple hues.

AROMA

Intense and complex, full of fruity notes, with aromas both of black and red berries standing out, which are added to the spicy notes acquired from 6 months ageing in barrels, with hints of cedar and toasting.

ON THE PALATE

Surprising, due to its softness and balance, as well as the presence of subtleties of flavour in the mouth. Harmonious, fresh, with a long-lasting delicate persistence.

This wine goes very well with the typical Spanish aperitifs. It is recommended to combine with fresh food dishes and mild flavours. At low temperatures, it goes very well with a nice dessert.

AROMA

Intense aromas of ripe red fruit and berries from the forest with a toasty and spicy background.

ON THE PALATE

Well-balanced, and full-bodied. Perfect integration of the tannins of the ageing process in French oak barrels and the balance of the fruit. Very, very long finish.

Combines wonderfully with red meats, game, duck, rabbit and the like. Also pair with broths and stews which are strong in flavour, such as bean stews, chickpea stews and creamy rice dishes.

AROMA

Pleasant and intriguing aromas acquired after a slow ageing process in which subtle fruity notes are perceived. Very spicy.

ON THE PALATE

The ageing process has contributed softness and silkiness. The harmony of the acidity, tannins and alcohol, can only be achieved on rare occasions with such elegance and delicacy, but with long persistence.

This wine is suitable for pairing with traditional dishes as well as fine dining, in addition to desserts such as cakes or chocolates.

It presents a garnet cherry color with a violet edge.

AROMA

It gives us details of bush, black fruit in liquor and cocoa.

ON THE PALATE

Palate concentrated, tasty, fresh and well-balanced noble tannin.

It fits perfectly with pig’s snout or pig’s trotters. Ideal for grilled red meats, stews, fried rabbit, lamb and bushmeat. Typical dishes such as “gazpacho manchego”, “gachamiga jumillana” or “cocido”. It combines very well with medium or long maturing cheeses, especially goat cheese.
